Ron Musser has spent thirty years as a successful businessman and entrepreneur in the local energy and HVAC Sales & Service businesses, building three different multi-million dollar companies and a reputation as a high end provider of home comfort solutions in all of the Delaware Valley’s most upscale neighborhoods.
His tireless drive to provide exceptional service and willingness to engage in innovative marketing strategies have continued to keep him ahead of the pack.
An early adopter of social media marketing, Ron is passionate in the belief that there has never been a better tool available to market and sell for HVAC contractors.
Director of Operations
Don Lafferty Jr. is a graduate of Rider University, and a Philadelphia native. Don started a DJ business in high school with his friends, and right then he knew he had a passion for business.
After working in the entertainment and service industries where he honed his customer service and people skills, Don made the jump to the fast-paced world of online marketing in the summer of 2013 as the Director of Operations for CMG's parent company, Mingl Marketing Group.
In his role as an inbound marketing consultant and account manager with Comfort Media, Don continues to strengthen and build our client relationships, while delivering the best inbound marketing services and advice available to the home services industry.

Dan Kelly has a diverse background that includes customer service, technology and creative pursuits.
While working as a computer tech support specialist for a variety of clients, he learned a lot about their businesses and the implementation of the technology they use. Dan's video production skills and unique perspective have enables Comfort Media to deliver some of the most innovative video marketing solutions available to the home services industry.

Whitney Hoffman works as a social media and marketing strategist with focus on digital publishing and content creation. She has extensive experience in helping implement digital tools in the education and medical fields, with a focus on creating and measuring value. She is dedicated to ensuring that digital content brings measurable outcomes and value to our clients, through implementation of the latest digital social communication tools with strategic focus.
Whitney began teaching others about social and digital media over 10 years ago, and served as Director of Operations for the Podcamp Foundation, a series of community-based digital media conferences that have taken place around the globe. Whitney has also been building and managing online communities for 10+ years, and this experience gives her a distinct advantage in formulating the best engagement strategy for our customers. Her background in law, content creation, publishing and participation in many social channels from their inception gives Whitney an unparalleled level of expertise to help our clients reach their goals.
