"Where are my Facebook reviews?!," one of our clients asked today, "I Looked a while ago and we had almost a hundred, now they're gone!"

Here's how my chat went with Facebook Business Support.

Here's what Brian from Facebook told me on the phone that he didn't want to share in writing:

As of today, March 24, 2021, there are multiple, system-wide occurrences of reviews not showing up under the "Reviews" tab of a large number of Facebook Business pages.

While the problem is system-wide, it is not affecting all Facebook Business pages, and there is no pattern to the pages that are being impacted.

The missing reviews were first reported to Facebook on 3/16/2021.

Engineers are working on the problem, and the issue continues to be escalated through inquiries like mine.

There is no estimate for how long this might take to resolve.

There is no public forum where Facebook is addressing this issue.
