Video has become a vital part of modern-day digital marketing strategies and creating and maintaining a healthy YouTube channel should be a priority for your HVAC business.

If you need to share access to your YouTube account to your marketing agency or your own employees, there are a couple of ways to go about it. The easiest, most secure, and recommended way to accomplish this is to add a manager via your YouTube account settings.

Adding a Manager to Your Account

Firstly, head over to YouTube and sign into your account.

Once you're signed in, click the avatar in the upper-right corner of the window to access the menu and choose "Settings".

Once you arrive at your account settings, choose "Add or remove managers" at the bottom of the page.

Next, a pop-up "Manage permissions" window will appear. Click the icon in the upper left corner to invite new users.

Once you've added your new users and choosen an appropriate role for them, click "INVITE". This will trigger Google to send your new users an invitation via e-mail to manage your YouTube channel.
